Pet Policy

At RPM Living, we feel your pets are members of our extended family, so we strive to make them feel right at home. The Finley welcomes cats and dogs. For each pet, with a maximum of two - there is a non-refundable pet fee of $400 and pet rent of $20 per month.

No aggressive breeds are permitted. Those breeds include but are not limited to: Pit Bull Terriers/ Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Presa Canarios, Wolf-Hybrids, Mastiffs, German Shepherds, Akitas, Chows, Cano Corsos and Siberian Huskies and any other variation or mix thereof.
